# USER POLICY AGREEMENT **Effective Date:** April 30, 2026 This User Policy Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and John Schloman ("Developer") regarding your use of the mobile game application Retro Arcade Millennium (the "Game") for Android devices. > **IMPORTANT NOTICE:** This Game is designed as a privacy-focused experience. It contains no advertisements and no third-party tracking. Your gameplay data is stored exclusively on your device or shared only with specific individuals of your choosing. The Developer does not collect, view, or store your data on any central server. --- ## 1. LICENSE GRANT Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on an Android device owned or controlled by you. ## 2. PRIVACY & DATA STORAGE We value your privacy. Data in this Game is handled through two methods only: * **Local Storage:** By default, all game data (progress, high scores, settings) is stored directly on your device's internal storage. * **User-Initiated Sharing:** You may have the option to share specific game data (e.g., game states, custom levels, or multiplayer invites) with other users. This sharing is **explicitly controlled by you**. Data is transmitted directly to the recipient(s) you select. * **No Developer Access:** The Developer has no access to your local files or the content of the data you choose to share with other users. We do not maintain a database of your personal information or gameplay history. * **Data Loss Risk:** Because we do not use central cloud syncing, if you uninstall the Game or clear the Game's data via Android settings, **all your local progress will be permanently deleted**. We cannot recover lost data for you. ## 3. SHARED CONTENT & USER RESPONSIBILITY If you choose to share data with other users: * **Consent:** You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data and that the recipient is intended. * **Risk:** Once data is shared with another user, their use of that data is outside the control of the Developer. * **No Moderation:** Because sharing is peer-to-peer or direct, the Developer does not monitor or moderate the content of shared data. Users are expected to interact respectfully and legally. ## 4. NO ADVERTISEMENTS & NO IN-APP PURCHASES The Game is provided entirely for free. There are no third-party advertisements, promotional pop-ups, or hidden tracking SDKs. Unless otherwise stated in an update, there are no microtransactions or in-app purchases. ## 5. USER CONDUCT You agree not to: * Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game. * Use the sharing features to distribute malicious files, harassment, or illegal content. * Distribute modified versions of the Game (APKs) through unauthorized third-party stores. ## 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Game, including all code, artwork, music, and characters, is the intellectual property of the Developer. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Game. ## 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES *The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.* ## 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY *In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of game progress, data breach between users, or device malfunction) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.* ## 9.
